Shipment and payment

This B2B catalogue is intended exclusively for registered business partners (legal entities and authorized distributors). Consumer protection regulations do not apply.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Standard dispatch time: within 2–3 business days, subject to product availability.

3. Shipping & Carriers
We ship within the EU using the following carriers:
GLS, PPL, DPD, DHL.
The carrier is selected based on destination, shipment size, and operational availability unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery terms: DAP (EU) unless agreed otherwise.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on destination country, weight, and shipment volume.
The final shipping price is displayed before order confirmation or agreed individually for contract partners.

6. Transfer of Risk & Acceptance of Goods
Risk of damage passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and documented in writing.
Claims regarding transport damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
